Hey there! I’m Ava, the Founder and Chief Pet Officer of Ava’s Pet Palace. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been passionate about animals and dreamed of creating a healthier, happier world for pets, people, and our planet. When I was just 6 years old, I drew up my very first business plan, and two years later—with the help of my amazing parents—Ava’s Pet Palace was born.
Ava's Pet Palace isn't just about treats; it's about love, passion, and turning dreams into reality. Every pet parent wants to give their fur baby the best, and that's why we do what we do. We use simple, organic, and all-natural ingredients in all of our products—because pets deserve nothing less. Plus, we’re committed to sustainability at every step. Our treat bags are made with 30% post-consumer materials, and every order shipped from our website is 100% carbon neutral.
I'm incredibly proud to share that Ava's Pet Palace is a Minority Certified business through the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). This certification is a reflection of our commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and supporting underrepresented voices in the business world.

I have a dream for a business.
I made this original "business plan" (I called it a "job plan" then) when I was just 6 years old! I'm still working towards achieving my goals! Thank you for supporting me. 🤗💕
2016
Mom and dad finally say yes.
I'm so excited to be starting my own business at 8 years old! I love ❤️ animals! Here, I'm making a yummy, healthy, organic cat food. 🥣🐈

Going to my first craft show.

My first TV interview.
OMG! My first big interview and the first time on TV! Val Warner at Windy City Live was so nice. I was really nervous 😁📺
2019
My dog treats in stores!
So excited to see my treats on shelves!!! Thanks to Bentley's Pet Stuff for giving me my first opportunity! This is the display at Earthwise Pet in Naperville! You can still find my treats here today!🐾🐕♥️🥳
2020
Young Entrepreneur Winner.
This was a big year, winning the WDB Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition. I wonder if people were able to tell I was so scared! There were over 700 people in front of me! 🐕🐾🐶
2021
Time for change.
A big change happened in 2021! We successfully funded a kickstarter to launch my first treat made at a commercial kitchen! Next, we did a complete brand refresh in May and finally, in October, my USDA Certified Organic treats were released! Check out my full 2021 review! Thanks for joining me on my journey! 2022
A year of growth.
2022 was a year to remember for Ava's Pet Palace! We attended our first industry expos, expanded into more stores nationwide, and for a limited time, our treats were in over 1000 PetSmart stores! I was honored to be named the first participant in BSM Partners Young Entrepreneur Mentorship program. To top it off, our business was featured on the cover of three industry magazines! 2023
New Stores & New Treats!
2023 was a year of growth and exciting milestones for Ava's Pet Palace! We proudly expanded our reach, launching our dog treats in Target stores across four states, and introduced two new freeze-dried favorites: Salmon Puffs and Turkey Poppers. Our commitment to diversity and inclusivity was recognized with a Minority Certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). On a personal note, I celebrated turning 16, marking another year of passion and progress.
