Ava’s Pet Palace is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

AVA’S PET PALACE SHIPPING

Ava’s Pet Palace delivers to the following countries (this may change at any time):

Ava’s Pet Palace orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Saturday - times may vary. For security reasons, Ava’s Pet Palace will not send any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Ava’s Pet Palace offers Free Shipping on domestic orders over $75.00. This may change at any time.

USPS rates are set for both Priority and First Class shipping options.

All international orders will be shipped by USPS First Class International mail. Rates are calculated by USPS.

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown on the checkout page.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Ava’s Pet Palace runs free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the checkout page.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders will be shipped 1-5 days after purchase.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different depending on demand. Any changes will be listed on both the home and shop pages.

SHIPPING TIMES

U.S. shipping: 1-3 days (USPS priority mail shipping), 3-7 days (first class mail).

International Shipping: Shipping times will be calculated and shown on the checkout page.

Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery location.

DELAYS

Ava’s Pet Palace is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Ava’s Pet Palace is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Sunday or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Ava’s Pet Palace will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Ava’s Pet Palace recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Ava’s Pet Palace is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

CUSTOMS TAX

Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Ava’s Pet Palace makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
